My name is Mateusz Bartkowiak. Since 2018, I have been studying and deepening my knowledge about the problem of early ejaculation in men. I am both a theoretician and a practitioner, which is most important to be able to convey full knowledge that will be universal, even though the problem itself is individual.

I became interested in the issue of early ejaculation during my own many years of trying to deal with this condition. I gained my theoretical knowledge from academic classes and sexology textbooks, and my practical knowledge from countless individual tests on myself and for almost 4 years in the adult film production industry, where I could directly observe both drugs affecting potency and techniques for prolonging intercourse. I started my journey by "finishing in 30 seconds" and ended up working in the adult industry, both as an actor and producer. Together with certified sexologists, I tested prescription SSRI drugs and a whole range of drugs recommended on the Internet to gain control over the moment of ejaculation, or rather to delay ejaculation, still without control, which I describe in the study “from 30 seconds to ∞”

She graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in 2019. Currently, her professional path is related to urology, urogynecology, proctology and oncological physiotherapy. She gained professional experience working, among others, at the Childbirth School, at the Greater Poland Oncology Center, where I worked with breast cancer patients and in the gynecological ward, as well as in a project for people affected by oncological disease at OPEN Poznań. Physiotherapy is her passion and she found out about it when she was already in high school - when she became a patient after surgery. “My physiotherapists gave me a love for the anatomy of the human body and exploring the mechanisms occurring in our bodies. My life motto is 'Choose a job you love and you will never work a day in your life' and I stick to it. I have a head full of ideas and countless efforts to implement them!

I am a psychology graduate at the University of Silesia in Katowice. I graduated in clinical sexology as part of postgraduate studies at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Katowice. I completed a clinical internship as part of the above postgraduate studies at the Sexology and Intercourse Pathology Clinic in Warsaw. I also completed the first stage of postgraduate studies at the School of Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy at SWPS University. I am currently training by participating in an Accredited Psychotherapy Course in an Integrative Approach organized by the Polish Association for the Development of Psychotherapy in cooperation with the Katowice Institute of Psychotherapy, which will allow me to prepare for obtaining the PTP Psychotherapist Certificate.
